Pyrex 5000ml Media Storage Bottle with Screw Cap and Pour Ring #1395.  This is a great piece in great shape.  It doesn't show much wear other than maybe a small scratch but that is it.
The glass is very high quality glass as well and not the stuff you see sold from overseas.  It will be ready to use out of the box.  You really can't go wrong!
