Thank you for viewing this new in the box, never used red Le Crueset Tagine. Originally purchased in 2004.  It doesn't say anywhere on the box what the capacity is, but when I scan the UPC, it comes up 1 3/4 quarts.  The dome top is 10 1/2" in diameter and about 7 1/2" tall, while the base is 12" in diameter and about 2" high. Besides this, I have several other new old stock items, which are no longer sold elsewhere and/or not available in stores! The tagine's box has imperfections, as seen in my photos.
