Description
Here are 3 wearable men’s vintage 1970s rings 2 have the plastic sturdy hinge boxes. They date from the days of pick up line, “What’s your Sign”, and men wearing gold colored chains on an open front half buttoned shirt.
The first ring is about a size 12 1/2. The top has good sparkling rhinestone and the gold tone metal design was called golden nugget a style popular in the 70s. It has good round back band but the band color has worn. Also some front gold color has some wear. But not really that noticeable when worn. ( You might use a product called Rub & Buff craft and restore coloring but you decide and I think wearable as is)
It comes in a good condition white plastic box.
Then a ring that measures about a size 11. It has sparkling ruby red rhinestones and good clear sparkling accent rhinestones. The back band is good but the color know is a bit brassy. The center red set has a couple of minuscule nicks that are really only seen under camera scrutiny.
See photo of inside back band ring might have been sized smaller. I can’t really tell??
The ring does have a rich look to it and again a popular 70s design.
The white box is sturdy but has a stain on the bottom. SEE photos.
Then a ring without box that measures about a size 7 1/2. Resembles I think a class ring. It has good sides designs and plastic center has a turquoise color. Could be a bit newer than other 2 rings. You decide.
But remember they are vintage and SOLD as lot and SOLD as is and please view all the photos and more photos upon request.
