We currently offer FREE shipping to addresses only in the continental 48. Usually using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, but sometimes UPS Mail Innovations.

International purchases are subject to custom's fees, Tax, and Duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to country, and are based on overall cost of the item. Please note that calculation and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.
First Class Mail International
First Class transit times can be anywhere from 14-30 business days on average but may take up to 8 weeks depending on the destination and your country's policies, customs and shipping times. Orders exceeding three pounds will be charged additional shipping based on the weight. You will be notified before your item ships should there be additional shipping charges.  At times there are delays and have we cannot control shipping times.
First Class Mail International does not offer tracking while in transit.  Should you require tracking you will need a more expensive option such as Priority Mail International.

Free Flat rate shipping is quoted for ground delivery inside the continental USA ONLY.  Typically we are able to process small non-dimensional orders via USPS to Hawaii & Alaska.  If we cannot ship your order to HI or AK we will refund your payment.
Expedited Flat rate shipping is available on most items - Once processed allow 1-3 business days in transit.
We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding major holidays. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping WILL be due.  Should a vendor backorder problem arise you will be notified via email.
Return Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by seller & not added to the customer's order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA's must be requested within 14 days and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete or ineligible merchandise for a refund.
PayPal fees associated with currency conversion for refunds of International orders are not refundable. These fees are assessed to merchants when processing refunds for any reason.
