    Description

Led Zeppelin's final concert tour in the United States was their 1977 "North American Tour." The tour had 30 stops starting in Dallas April 1 and was scheduled to end in Philadelphia August 13.
Their performances on July 23 and 24 at the Oakland Coliseum or "Stadium" was part of the Day on the Green 2-day concert promoted by Bill Graham. It would unexpectedly be their last performance for that tour and their last ever in the United States.
This is the original period t-shirt silkscreen advertising that concert. It was part of a large collection of vintage t-shirts and related memorabilia out of the San Francisco Bay Area which included a small group of original silkscreens.
It is likely that this design was not authorized by Bill Graham. "Bill G" is noted at the top and the creator refrained from completing the "Graham". "Bill G" is covered in clear tape so the final product would not have that print on the shirt.
Clear tape covers the outer edge of the silkscreen so the ink would only pass through the zeppelin and all of the text below. Some of the original blue ink is present. The tape is not removable.
Outer edges of the wood frame measure 13" x 16". Inner measures approx 10-1/4" x 13-3/8". Frame has some discoloration at the top corners from staple corrosion and the top of the frame is dirty.
Rear staples at the top that hold down the silkscreen show corrosion.
Silkscreen is stained at the top. The printable area is not affected and remains very well preserved. There are no tears.
    Original and one-of-a-kind.
