I have rarely used this chair (less than 10 times total). I paid an additional 5.00 for the white glove delivery therefore the chair is in like new condition. No scratches, no dents, no fading, no tears, nothing. Due to spine surgery and per the advice of my surgeon, it was recommended I not use the massage chair for at least a couple of years hence the need to try and sell it.
