This is an exceptional all original hand painted artist signed piece of highly detailed Pickard. The artist signature reads, ‘Efdon’, and this was the signature for artist Edward W. Donisch. (1905 to 1918) Donisch was an expert artist in enamels. He was one of Pickards Best in the conventional genre, flowers and tracery and Antique Chinese Enamels! Notice all the gold highlights on this 14 3/4″ high vase that has a base that measures 4 1/2″ by 5″ and at the widest is approximately 7 1/2″ wide with the top opening being 4 1/2″ diameter. The hexagonal shape of this vase allows for six beautiful floral scenes. This is a beautiful piece of artist signed Pickard that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal collection!
