✔️Please order a week before your event & include your desired arrival date when you order - if not, we will ship your order at our earliest convenience.
✔️USPS takes 2-5 business days to deliver.
✔️Please keep in mind you can choose one of three options for shipping - 1. Standard: USPS First Class (envelope), 2. Priority Mail (Boxed), 3. Express shipping (boxed)
Cancellation: Please notify me within 24 hours of purchase
Refunds/Returns: Not accepted. Shipping postage is not refunded. Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

All shipments are delivered with a USPS tracking number and are traceable to your local Postal Service.
