For sale is the original Backsaver Zero Gravity Recliner. These were great in the manual version and made perfect in the electric/automatic version. That is what is being sold hear. An extremely rare opportunity to find/own one of the originals, right down to it's world renowned Linark Linear Actuator. All Genuine Leather, it is in excellent working condition with only minor cosmetic wear (and we do mean minor). Please see the photos. This is an egg-white leather. The minimal surface wear visible (white reveals all abuse) is testament to the care that was taken during it's lifetime. Here and there, there are are minor marks and scrapes where it came in contact with a wall or coffee table, but absolutely nothing approaching abuse or neglect. It spent it's entire life in an upscale home here in southern California (Palm Springs) where the low humidity, arid climate and moderate seasonal fluctuation tend to be more forgiving to the fine woods and leather (and electrical/mechanical) of vintage and antique furniture, compared to more weather volatile regions of the United States.
