Condition: all 10 are different dates. oversized and in good well preserved condition overall with edge and corner wear, chipping, small tears at edges and some fine seam splits from being folded at fold lines. They are delicate and very fragile but I managed to open them gently with out causing damage. sold as is as found. here is a nice Historical lot of 10 different 1890 giant oversized newspapers from Exeter, New Hampshire. You get all 10 EXETER NEWS-LETTER Newspapers pictured. January 10, 1890- January 24, 1890- February 14, 1890- April 25, 1890- May 16, 1890- May 23, 1890- June 20, 1890- July 18, 1890- November 21, 1890- and December 5, 1890. All are in similar very well preserved condition with obvious edge and corner wear, chipping and small splits and tears at edges for newspapers that are 131 years old! I have opened most up and they can be opened without damaging if you open them very carefully. There are some fine splits at fold lines from being closed for so long. they are all very fragile and delicate and need to be handled with caution and care. Has all the news of the day from back in this time period including Marriages and Deaths, political news, town and local news and happenings and tons of period advertising.
