Defective Items:
Please let us know within 5 days of receiving damaged or defective merchandise for an immediate replacement.  All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects and is covered by the shipper for damages during shipping.

items listed may run out because of our high volume selling during the time it takes to recieve your payment. You may decide to select a different style or a full refund will be issued. Sometimes it is only a couple of days until the items are available again.
RETURN POLICY
We do not give money back refunds. We do replace any items damaged in shipping
( they are insured- we will both have to complete our parts of the claim ) We also replace
defective items. But we found people buying and receiving lanterns using them for a 1 day function
then wanting us to take them back - also buyers remorse or simply changing their minds -
We cannot afford to pay a return shipping on items because of poor judgement-
