If you are in zone 5 or greater of our shipping area, and your items require a carton which exceeds 1 cubic foot (12 X 12 X 12) your shipping will result in a balloon charge (extra postage) which the ebay calculator does not account for. We will send a PayPal money request for the amount of the extra postage, or you may call or email us to work out some other solution.
